HENRY, Circuit Judge.

This appeal arises from a dispute between Central Kansas Credit Union (“CKCU”), a Kansas credit union with its principal offices in Hutchinson, Kansas, and Mutual Guaranty Corporation (“Mutual Guaranty”), a Tennessee nonprofit public corporation created by the Tennessee legislature to insure the deposits of account holders in its member credit unions. CKCU claims that it is entitled to recover the capital contribution and special assessment that it lost when it withdrew from Mutual Guaranty, but the district court granted summary judgment in favor of Mutual Guaranty.
