MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ON CREDITOR’S MOTION TO FILE AN ADVERSARY ON BEHALF OF DEBTOR TO AVOID LIEN

On September 12, 1988 the court conducted a hearing on the debtor’s third amended disclosure statement. At the hearing, Barry M. Barash, counsel for creditor Bernadine Feldhahn, moved the court to allow Ms. Feldhahn to bring a preference action against Walcott Trust and Savings Bank (Bank).
