MEMORANDUM OPINION
GERALD K. GIBSON, Bankruptcy Judge.
Presently before the Court are two motions filed by the individual defendants, William Monsour, Howard Monsour, Roy Monsour, Robert Monsour and Eva Mons-our, and the debtor-in-possession, Monsour Medical Center, to dismiss the above-referenced adversary proceeding on the ground that the plaintiff, the Committee of Unsecured Creditors (Committee), lacks standing to bring the action.
