Plaintiffs recovered a verdict of $20,625 for injuries and damages resulting from an automobile collision at the intersection of Waverly Township Road and State Aid Road No. 14 in Martin County about 2 miles southwest of Truman. State Aid Road No. 14 runs in a general northerly and southerly direction and is approximately 28 feet in width; Waverly Township Road runs in a general easterly and westerly direction and is approximately 18 feet in width.
