OPINION AND ORDER

HAGGERTY, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff Felicia Pullom (plaintiff) filed this action against her former employer, United States Bakery (defendant). Plaintiff asserts claims for unlawful race and sex discrimination under 42 U.S.C. § 2000e (Title VII) and and O.R.S. 659A.030, retaliation under Title VII and O.R.S. 659A.030, and wrongful discharge. This court has jurisdiction over the federal claims pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1331 and over the state claims pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367. Defendant has moved for summary judgment on all claims.
