{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellants, Donegal Mutual Insurance Company, David Nearon, and Susan Nearon (“plaintiffs”), appeal from a decision of the Darke County Court of Common Pleas that partially sustained a motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict (“JNOV”) filed by defendant-appellee, White Consolidated Industries, Inc. (“White”) after a jury trial held on September 13, 14, and 15, 2004.
