2Per curiam
On or about December 2, 2008, after a jury trial in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (Dimitrouleas, J.), the respondent was found guilty of one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud, in violation of 18 USC § 371, and two counts of mail fraud, in violation of 18 USC § 1341. Both crimes are felonies under federal law. The respondent was sentenced on March 20, 2009 to 96 months of imprisonment followed by three years of probation.
