The Crestmore tract is a real estate subdivision situated in the city of Los Angeles, containing a large number of lots, the exact number of which is not shown by the record, but it is apparent that they exceed sixty in number. All the lots in said tract had been originally sold subject to restrictions against subsequent sale to or occupancy by persons other than those of the Caucasian race.
