Defendants Karl Stenzel and Heinz "Lund have appealed from a judgment, after a court trial, declaring that the administrator of the estate of Gus Stenzel, deceased, holds such estate in trust for plaintiff Frieda Wurche. Frieda Wurche cross-appeals from the judgment insofar as it denies her the “alternative” relief sought for 'the reasonable value of services rendered the deceased Gus -Stenzel during his lifetime.
