MORTON, District Judge.

This is a petition for attachment for contempt for alleged violation of an injunction against infringement of the plaintiff’s patent and trade-mark.

The undisputed facts are as follows: The plaintiff brought suit against the United Products Corporation — which I shall refer to as the defendant — and obtained by consent an injunction enjoining the defendant from infringing either the plaintiff’s patent or its trade-mark.
