This is an appeal by the state from a pretrial order of the district court suppress ing evidence and dismissing the prosecution of defendant on drug possession charges. 1 The decisive issue is whether the police violated defendant’s Fourth Amendment rights in obtaining the evidence in question. Concluding that they did, we affirm the order of the district court.
