This is an appeal from certain orders entered by the county court of Madison County in assessment proceedings of the Wood River Drainage and Levee District. It comes directly to this court under the provisions of section 12— 16 of the 1955 Illinois Drainage Code. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1961, chap. 42, par. 12 — 16.) The orders appealed from were entered on November 28, i960.
