Plaintiffs Potters Medical Center (“Potters”), Neurosurgical Clinic and Allied Health Specialties, Inc. (“NCA”), and Beaver Creek Bio-Medical, Inc. (“BCB”) appeal the summary judgment entered in this antitrust action by the district court in favor of defendants East Liverpool City Hospital (“City Hospital”), Jackman Vodrey, and J.W. Schoolnic, M.D.1 Plaintiffs’ complaint alleged that defendants violated Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1, 2, and sought injunctive relief as well as treble damages under § 4 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 15.…
