This appeal is on questions of law from a judgment of the Probate Court sustaining exceptions to an inventory filed in the estate of Sophia Wreede, deceased. The exceptions were filed by Albert Wreede, Olga Kloeppel and Richard Wreede, heirs at law of the decedent, who excepted to the inclusion in the inventory of the item, “Year’s allowance as due from the estate of Henry Wreede, deceased,” of the probably collectible sum of $2,500.
