Lindgren were convicted in Cook county upon an indictment charging them with unlawfully, deceitfully, willfully, knowingly and corruptly making and causing to be made a false and fraudulent statement, and unlawfully, deceitfully, willfully, knowingly and corruptly causing such statement to be subscribed by Langguth and with delivering such statement to Fred R. Pope and Paul R.
