OPINION

ROLL, Judge.

Polly Nash appeals from a judgment holding Nash and two other defendants jointly and severally liable for damages awarded to William Bisaillon. Because we find that Bisaillon’s amended complaint adding Nash as a defendant did not relate back to the original complaint, w& vacate that portion of the judgment holding Nash jointly liable, and remand.

FACTS
