ACKERMAN, J.,

Plaintiff, Laura Adams, appeals this court’s order dated April 12, 2005, and docketed April 15,2005, granting the Wyeth defendants’ motion for summary judgment and dismissing plaintiff’s claims with prejudice. For the following reasons, this court’s order should be Affirmed.

I. BACKGROUND

Plaintiff Adams commenced the within Phen-Fen mass tort action by complaint on January 27, 2003, alleging that she developed moderate aortic regurgitation from ingesting the prescription diet drug, Pondimin, for approximately 300 days beginning January 1996. See Adams short form complaint ¶¶4, 6.…
