BOHLING, Commissioner.

This action resulted from a collision between a streetcar and an automobile. Mrs. Lillie Burnett asked $100,000 damages for injuries allegedly sustained in the collision from the St. Louis Public Service Company, a corporation, she being a passenger on its streetcar, and Clarence Smith, the operator of the automobile. The jury returned a verdict for both defendants. Plaintiff’s motion for a new trial was sustained on the ground, among others, that the verdict was against the weight of the evidence.
