Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Harris, J.), rendered June 25,1982, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree. 11 In the early morning hours of August 18, 1981, Officer Nunzio Congemi of the Albany Police Department observed an automobile containing five males entering the Stop-N-Go Market parking lot on Central Avenue in the City of Albany.
