Evergreen Legal Services (Evergreen), as the successor organization to Northwest Washington Legal Services (Northwest), appeals from a judgment entered against it in favor of Carol Martin on a legal malpractice claim. Martin has cross-appealed. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
Carol Martin came to Northwest in 1974 seeking assistance in obtaining a dissolution of her marriage to Larry Martin.
