|,Appellants Wenzel Wochos and his wife, Debra Proto Wochos (Proto-Woc-hos), alleged in this action that they were fraudulently induced to purchase a lakeside condominium in Hot Springs from a real estate broker and his wife, appellees B.J. Woolverton and Carolyn Woolverton, and that the title company and escrow agent, appellee Garland County Title Company (GCTC), and its employees, appellees Stephen DeMott and Carol Sikorski, had knowledge of the fraud and failed to inform appellants of it.
