Jeffrey Allen Kubit (Appellant) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County upholding the Department of Transportations (Department) suspension of his license pursuant to Section 1547 of the Vehicle Code, 75 Pa. C. S. §1547, for his refusal to submit to a blood test. We affirm.
