Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed May 17, 1984.
Claimant, a self-employed meatcutter and volunteer fire chief, was injured while responding to a fire call on May 17, 1977. As he assisted another fireman in hooking up hoses, claimant experienced a shortness of breath, was unable to continue and was brought to the hospital in an ambulance. Claimant remained under a doctor’s care and was advised not to work at all until August 11, 1977.
