Plaintiff David Ziemba has brought this employment discrimination case for actions that allegedly occurred while he was a Contract Specialist with the Coast Guard Academy (“Coast Guard”) in New London, Connecticut. Defendant Rodney Slater, Secretary of the U.S. Department of Transportation, has moved to dismiss several of the claims raised in plaintiffs three-count complaint.
