This defamation action concerns an article published in Milwaukee Magazine and written by defendant James Romenesko. The plaintiff, Lynette Harris, claims that the article, entitled “Runaway Twin: Lynnette Harris takes her biographer on a frightening journey,” contains seven defamatory statements about her. Her biographer, defendant Dennis Casey, is quoted in the article as having made certain comments.
