Before the Court is the complaint of Arvest Mortgage Company [Arvest] to determine the dischargeability of a debt owed to Arvest under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2) and (a)(4) and the debtor’s answer to the complaint. The Court heard the complaint on February 25, 2010, and at the conclusion of the trial took the complaint under advisement. During the trial, the debtor moved for a directed verdict as to the § 523(a)(2) cause of action, which the Court granted.
