I. Introduction
IndyMac Federal Bank (“IndyMac Federal”) brings this motion, which the court grants, to reconsider its denial of relief from the § 362 1 automatic stay to foreclose on real property belonging to debtor Kang Jin Hwang in Las Vegas. The property is security for a promissory note that was sold to the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. (“Freddie Mac”), which has not joined and is not a party to this motion.
