OPINION

SPURLOCK, Justice.

This is an appeal of a summary judgment rendered against parties seeking the exhumation of a body interred in Tarrant County. The question is whether by their pleadings the plaintiffs below have shown a jus-ticiable interest sufficient to entitle them to a trial on the merits of their case.

We reverse and dismiss.
