Appellant was charged in a three count indictment with the felony offenses of securing execution of a document by deception, tampering with a governmental record, and hindering apprehension, respectively. Tex. Pen.Code Ann. §§ 32.46, 37.10, 38.05 (Vernon Supp.2002). The trial court granted appellant’s motion for instructed verdict on the third count.
