PICKETT, Circuit Judge.
This litigation arose out of a situation in which the parties, by separate instruments of different dates, undertook to guarantee obligations of a California corporation 1 for advances made by Farmers and Merchants Bank of Long Beach, California. The guaranty of the appellants Schoenfelds was a continuing one for all advances by the Bank not to exceed a total of $600,000. The Neher guaranty was for $25,000 limited to one obligation.
