Stanley Walker Caffott appeals from a judgment of conviction, entered upon his negotiated plea of guilty, of possession of heroin for sale (Health & Saf. Code, § 11351) and possession of concentrated cannabis (Health & Saf. Code, § 11357, subd. (a)). He seeks further review of the validity of the seizure, upon execution of a search warrant, of the contraband subsequently described in the charges against him (cf. Pen. Code, § 1538.5, subd. (m)).
