This is an appeal by plaintiffs from an order discharging a writ of attachment theretofore procured by them and levied upon certain property of the defendant. The plaintiffs herein commenced this action against said defendant on February 14, 1922, to recover the aggregate sum of $50,075.19, with interest thereon until paid.
