This is a suit to determine heirship.

This case arose as a probate matter. Ap-pellee, Geneva Hall, filed an application to declare heirship in the administration of the estate of Rev. Lowell C. Glaseo, Deceased, hereinafter referred to as “decedent,” Ap-pellee claimed ownership to part of the estate as the surviving common-law wife of decedent. The case was tried to the court without a jury.
