This appeal involves a dispute between the limited partners of Telluride Income Growth Limited Partnership (“TIGLP”), Telluride Asset Resolution, LLC (“TAR”), a debtor in another bankruptcy case, and the present debtor, Telluride Global Development, LLC (“Telluride Global”). The bankruptcy court was asked to abstain from hearing the dispute, and to allow the matter to proceed in state court.
