Appellant, Duane Bedford, appeals from the judgment of sentence entered in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, following his jury trial convictions for first-degree murder and possession of an instrument of a crime (“PIC”).1 Appellant presents several questions for our review, composed of challenges to the sufficiency of the evidence, the court’s decision to deny a mistrial, the admission of character evidence, and alleged prosecutorial misconduct.
