Wendel Robert Wardell, Jr., federal prisoner # 32096-013, was convicted in May 2005 following a jury trial of conspiracy to defraud the United States, false statements in tax returns, and aiding and abetting the preparation and presentation of false tax returns and was sentenced to a 96-month term of imprisonment, a total three-year term of supervised release, an $1,800 special assessment, $14,444 in restitution, and $7,394.89 in court costs.
