Cedrick Diggs challenges his scheduled restitution payments under the Inmate Financial Responsibility Program (“IFRP”). Because the district court lacked subject matter jurisdiction, we vacate and remand for dismissal.

Diggs was sentenced to imprisonment and restitution. The judgment stated that restitution was payable immediately and that upon the commencement of any term of supervised release, any unpaid part of the restitution should be made at the rate of at least $100 a month.
