A jury convicted appellant Vincent Luis Herrera a/k/a Vincent Lewis Herrera1 of aggravated robbery. Appellant pled “true” to two enhancement paragraphs and the jury sentenced him to confinement for fifty years in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. In two issues, appellant complains of error in the jury charge and the assessment of attorney’s fees. We reform the judgment as to attorney’s fees and the deadly weapon finding and, as reformed, affirm the judgment.
