OPINION

CHEZEM, Judge.

Case Summary

Appellant-plaintiff, P & P Oil Service Company, Inc. ("P & P"), appeals the dismissal of its complaint to foreclose a mechanic's lien against appellee-defendant, Bethlehem Steel Corporation ("Bethlehem"). 'We affirm.
