KANTOR, Judge:
Tried by a general court-martial convened at Boston, Massachusetts, the accused, pursuant to a pretrial agreement, pleaded guilty to charges of violating a lawful general regulation, willful dereliction of duty, and committing an indecent act with a child. A military judge, sitting alone, sentenced appellant to be discharged from the U.S. Coast Guard with a bad conduct discharge, to be confined for one year, to forfeit all pay and allowances for one year, and to be reduced to pay grade E-l.
