DUFFY, Justice: *
Plaintiffs bring this action against Bank of Delaware, Farmers Bank of the State of Delaware and Wilmington Trust Company (defendants) under a usury statute for certain charges made in credit card transactions. Defendants answered and then moved to dismiss the complaint on the ground that the Court does not have jurisdiction over the subject matter. This is the decision on the motion.
