QUILLEN, Chancellor:

The plaintiff commercial air carriers are all signatories to a contract known as “the Airlines Mutual Aid Agreement” (“the Agreement”). This Agreement, as originally approved by the Civil Aeronautics Board (“CAB”) in 1958, and amended from time to time thereafter, provides for mutual financial assistance to participants whose flight operations are shut down by certain classes of labor strikes.
