¶1 Appellants Robert Misasi, CRNA (certified registered nurse anesthetist); his employer, Columbia Basin Anesthesia PLLC (collectively Mr. Misasi); and the hospital where he worked, Grant County Hospital District No. 1 (Samaritan Hospital), appeal a verdict for respondents Lourence C.
