JOHNSON, Judge.

This is an appeal, under Rev.Stat. 4911, now 35 U.S.C. § 141, from the decision of the Board of Interference Examiners of the United States Patent Office awarding priority of invention as claimed in the single count in issue to appellee, Scott F. Hunt.

The invention here involved relates to carburetors for internal combustion engines, and more particularly to means for automatically controlling the position of the choke valve of the carburetor in response to variations in the temperature and suction developed by the engine during its operation.
