These are appeals by Scott F. Hunt from the decision of the Board of Interference Examiners of the United States Patent Office awarding priority of invention to the party Irven E. Coffey in Interferences No. 82,555 and 82,262. These interferences involved Hunt’s patent application, Serial No. 727,648, filed May 26, 1934 (a continuation of the joint application of Scott F.
