ORDER ON MOTION TO DISMISS OR TRANSFER OR STAY
LOUGHLIN, District Judge.
In the instant action, plaintiff Centronics Data Computer Corporation (hereafter Centronics) filed a complaint against defendant Merkle-Korff Industries, Inc. (hereafter Merkle-Korff) on April 7, 1980 in this court. A Motion to Dismiss or Transfer was filed by the defendant, Merkle-Korff on May 12, 1980. The defendant, Merkle-Korff had previously filed a complaint in the Circuit of Cook County, Illinois on or about March 20,1980.
