MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

MAHON, District Judge.

Now pending before the Court is a Motion for Summary Judgment (“Motion”) filed by Defendants Warden John R. Lindsey, Connie Wade, R.N., and Wackenhut Corrections Corporation (“Defendants”). Plaintiff Alvin Ray Palm has not responded in opposition. After considering the Motion, the record before the Court, and the applicable law, the Court makes the following determinations.
