In this appeal on questions of law, the sole question presented is, Did the trial court have the power to entertain a motion to correct the bill of exceptions in the instant case without an order of remand from this Court of Appeals, during the time in which the case was pending in this court pursuant to a perfected appeal and subsequent to its presentation on the merits but before judgment?

The facts disclose that the litigation herein involved was tried to final judgment in the Court of Common Pleas; appeal was perfected to this Court of Appeals; pursuant to the appeal, a bill of exceptions…
