Mr. Robert Hawkins brings this appeal from a circuit court’s refusal to declare that a 1992 court order is not a final judgment of paternity. We affirm.

When Ms. Phillipia Moore sought state aid for herself and her five-year-old son in 1991, she identified Mr. Hawkins as the child’s father. Ms. Moore and Mr. Hawkins were living together at the time without the benefit of matrimony, so the State of Missouri, Division of Child Support Enforcement (Division), filed a petition for paternity in Jackson County Circuit Court.
