Action for damages for personal injuries. Plaintiff had a verdict and judgment for $25,000. Defendant filed its alternative motion for judgment or a new trial [695] tinder Sec. 510.290. (Unless otherwise indicated all statutory references are to RSMo 1949, V. A. M. S.)
